世界初！全盲による太平洋横断成功!!

航海報告会＆懇親会のご案内

2019年2月24日米サンディエゴを出発した無寄港太平洋横断は、
無事4月20日福島県小名浜港に到着いたしました。
この航海の様子を見守ってくださいました皆様、ご声援ありがとうございました。
つきましては、今回のチャレンジについての航海報告会を開催いたします。
解説を交えながら航海中の映像をご覧いただき55日間のチャレンジにおける航程を報告させていただきます。ご家族やご友人をお誘いのうえご参加いただいても結構です。当日はなんと、ヒロの1回目のチャレンジパートナーの辛坊次郎さんも来てくださる事になりました。参加をご希望される方は下記のアドレスまで住所、氏名、連絡先を明記の上、ご連絡ください。
また、航海報告会終了後、チャレンジ成功の願掛けとして禁酒しておりました
岩本氏とのお酒解禁懇親会（会費：5,000円）を予定しております。
禁酒が解けた岩本氏と杯を重ねたい方は是非ご参加ください。

An invitation for a presentation and a reception of the Voyage Of Inspiration by a blind sailor, Mitsuhiro Iwamoto (This event will be in Japanese)

Our voyage sailing across the Pacific launched in San Diego on February 24th, 2019, and completed in Onahama, Fukushima on April 20th. Thank you to those who supported and cheered for us throughout the period. I would like to hold a presentation and a reception. (sorry, this one is by Japanese…)

Fee: 3,000 yen for general admission. Free for Hiro’s crowd-funding (Readyfor) contributor over 30,000 yen. The reception is additional 5,000 yen.

Doug and Hiro will share their thoughts about the Voyage at the Tokyo American Club as part of the Club Speaker Series.  If you are not a member of the Tokyo American Club and would like to attend, please let us know and we can register you as our guest (members 1,500 yen and non-members 2,500 yen).

Contents: Sailing demonstration with Iwaki Junior Yacht Club and Iwaki Kaisei Hight School Yacht Club members and Dream Weaver crew. Speeches from Hiro and Doug, Some celebrate speeches from local supporters and Iwaki City Mayor and others, Performance by Ryota Kuriyama an original song, “Dream Weaver”.
