【あっ、ゴープロが！！】

今朝早く、デッキで作業しているところを私のゴープロカメラで撮影していたのだが、なんとロープがそのカメラをさらっていった。あっという間に海の中に「チャポン」。今までせっかく映してきたデータが・・・。ショックだった。

この3日間、風と波が強く、夜中に2回セールセットのため起きるのに加え、船が壊れるのではないかと思うくらいの大きな波が、寝ているベッドルームの壁にバーンとぶつかってきて、ほとんど眠れない日が続いた。

ここのところ、やけどする危険性を避けるためお湯を沸かせず、昨日の昼食はナッツとリンゴ、夕食はせんべいと水だった。

カメラは無くすし、睡眠不足と食事が摂れず、ちょっとダウンだ。でも、自己鍛錬という航海の意味も考え、その意味からするとよい機会を与えられているのかもしれない。

We were taking a video with a GoPro while working on the deck this early morning, but a rope toke it away. It happened like a flash and fell into the ocean. We were so socked that we lost the data…

The wind and waves have been very strong last three days. We have to wake up twice to check the sail settings. On top of that, waves bangs on my bedroom window that almost sounds like it can crash the boat. I can barely sleep.

The wind and waves have been very strong last three days. We have to wake up twice to check the sail setting, and on top of that, waves that make me feel it might crash the boat bangs right into the windows. I can barely sleep. 

We were unable to make hot water to avoid burn past few days. My lunch yesterday was an apple and some nuts. Dinner last night was only some water and rice crackers.

Lack of enough sleep, not eating well and the incident of losing the camera put me down. But I take the voyage is a place for self-discipline, so might as well accept what happened and learn from it.
